Organizations

Proceeds go to organizations dedicated to supporting various causes related to social justice, human rights, and preserving democracy. All organzations have been researched and vetted (by me!) to make sure they are legimitate organizations that will put donations to good use. I will continue to review and update to make sure donations are always going to the places where they will make the most impact. Here are the current organizations we're supporting:

 Brady United is a leading American non-profit organization dedicated to preventing gun violence through education, legal action, and policy advocacy. Founded in 1974 and named after Jim and Sarah Brady, the organization works to foster a culture of safety and pass legislation that reduces gun-related deaths and injuries.

The Advocates for Human Rights is a Minneapolis-based, volunteer-driven non-profit that works to protect, promote, and defend human rights in Minnesota, the United States, and worldwide. They provide free legal services to asylum seekers, refugees, and trafficking victims, while engaging in research, education, and policy advocacy to advance international human rights standards.

Mothers for Democracy is an organization that advocates for the protection of democratic principles, women's rights, and quality education by engaging in grassroots organizing, voter registration, and mobilizing communities to challenge the status quo.

Unidos MN is a grassroots, immigrant-led organization in Minnesota that builds power for working families to advance social, racial, and economic justice, particularly for the Latinx community. They focus on immigration reform, education, climate justice, and civic engagement through advocacy, community organizing, and leadership development. 

The Women’s Foundation of Minnesota is a statewide nonprofit that invests in community-led solutions, research, and advocacy to advance gender and racial justice and expand economic opportunity, safety, and leadership for women, girls, and gender-expansive people across Minnesota.
